Simple terms for using Wonder Taps.

Permission to use the site

We give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable permission to use the public Wonder Taps website for personal, non-commercial family play or direct educational use in one classroom. This permission does not transfer ownership of the site or its content.

Free library and parent membership

The public library stays free to use without a child account or a purchase prompt. A separate parent membership is being prepared for three parent-selected advanced activities: narrated Picture Sentence Builder, Draw With Me, and Skills Studio. It is available only through the grown-up flow, never from a child game or the public catalogue.

When public membership is enabled, the offered plans are $2.99 per month or $24.99 per year in U.S. dollars, with no trial. Before Checkout, the grown-up flow identifies the selected plan, price, and renewal. Membership renews until the parent cancels through the Stripe customer portal. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; access remains available through that date. Checkout, payment management, and cancellation are provided by Stripe.

The parent membership is not yet available for public purchase. For membership, billing, cancellation, privacy, or a refund request, email info@bemedresident.com. Requests are reviewed case by case and this does not limit rights that apply under law.

Parent account

A parent account uses the parent’s email address and a one-time sign-in code. Do not let a child use the parent sign-in or billing flow. Keep the device and email account secure, and sign out of the parent account on a shared device.

Respect the work and the service

Please do not copy, resell, repackage, republish, frame, bulk-download, scrape, hotlink, reverse engineer, or use automated tools to collect the site’s illustrations, audio, stories, code, or other content. Normal browser caching that happens while a person uses the site is allowed. Wonder Taps names, artwork, audio, stories, and software are protected to the extent permitted by law.

Play, not a promise

Wonder Taps provides general educational play. It does not guarantee learning results, school placement, assessment outcomes, or suitability for every child or situation. Please use your judgment, keep the device volume comfortable, and stop an activity if it is not a good fit for the child in front of you.

Availability and updates

We may change, pause, remove, or improve games and stories. The service is offered on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wonder Taps disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated here. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
