Permission to use the site
We give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable permission to use the public Wonder Taps website for personal, non-commercial family play or direct educational use in one classroom. This permission does not transfer ownership of the site or its content.
Respect the work and the service
Please do not copy, resell, repackage, republish, frame, bulk-download, scrape, hotlink, reverse engineer, or use automated tools to collect the site’s illustrations, audio, stories, code, or other content. Normal browser caching that happens while a person uses the site is allowed. Wonder Taps names, artwork, audio, stories, and software are protected to the extent permitted by law.
Play, not a promise
Wonder Taps provides general educational play. It does not guarantee learning results, school placement, assessment outcomes, or suitability for every child or situation. Please use your judgment, keep the device volume comfortable, and stop an activity if it is not a good fit for the child in front of you.
Availability and updates
We may change, pause, remove, or improve games and stories. The service is offered on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wonder Taps disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated here. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
